WARRANTY

If it breaks, we'll replace it... At Bota we stand behind our product with
an unconditional, lifetime guarantee.
We can do this because we pay attention to workmanship and quality in every
product we make. Everything we manufacture is made in the USA using
environmentally friendly materials and processes. We take pride in our
dedication to "Green" manufacturing processes and in doing our part to keep
the environment clean.
If any of our products breaks or fails due to quality or workmanship, simply
return it and we will repair or
replace it...free of charge. It's that simple.
Granite Gear
All Granite Gear products are fully warranted against defects in materials
and craftsmanship for the life of the original owner. Granite Gear will
repair or replace any product found to be defective. Damages due to
accident, improper care, negligence or normal wear, where Granite Gear is
not at fault, will be repaired for a reasonable charge.
Katadyn
Your Katadyn Microfilter is warranted for two (2) year from the date of
purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. Should your Katadyn
prove defective within one year from the date of purchase, return it to the
Katadyn retailer from whom it was purchased. If you do not receive a
satisfactory resolution, contact Katadyn Consumer Relations at +41 1 839 21
11 for service assistance. Katadyn, at its discretion, will replace or
repair the damaged item. Please retain your purchase receipt as proof of
date purchased. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may
have other legal rights which vary from state to state.
RETURNS
All returns require a return authorization number (RMA#). You can
request it online.

To ensure proper credit, please include this RMA# with your returned
merchandise. Merchandise must be returned within 60 days of invoice date. We
do not accept freight collect shipments for returned merchandise.
Because of risk involved in climbing, Adventure 16, Inc. will not accept
returned climbing equipment after we have shipped it. Expectations to this
policy are Adventure 16 errors in shipping and defective items.
