Gel Flask

Holds 6 ounces. Each side has non-skid grip ridges marked 1 through 6 ounces which makes calculating your calorie needs a snap. The flasks are made of a soft plastic which is perfect for gels too! Ironman and Fuel Belt logo's screened on each side. The bottle opening is much larger than the original flasks from 1998. The new caps are made of a special EVA material which makes them soft enough to bite down on- always key when you're running at top speed and trying to open the tops! Will work with all Fuel Belts, past and present. A great way to carry gel in your bike jersey!
